A Case of Diffuse Lymphoblatic Lymphoma that Combines with Acute Leukemia

Abstract
Lymphoblastic lymphoma is a malignant lymphma which composed of immature
lymphoid cells that indistinguishable from cells of ALL. It's frequently occurs in children
and adolescence and presented with clinical features such as frequently presents with
mediastinal mass, high incidence of BM and PB involve during the course of disease
and rapid progress of disease.
We experienced a 14 years old male patient with diffuse lymphoblastic lymphoma,
which associated with diffuse superfical lymphadenopathy, mediastinal mass and invasion
of lymphoblast to tone marrow and peripheral blood. In this case the findings of ALL
was also revealed.
Prednisone, vincristine and adriamycin was used as therapeutic regimen. The enlarged
lymph nodes shrinked progressively and showing no more lymphoblast at peripheral
blood.
We present the clinical picture, laboratory findings and with brief review of literature.
